'FREE DELIVERY' to 95% of Australian locations. Locations distant/remote from our QLD warehouse (TAS, NT, WA) will attract some freight (calculated at checkout).
All items are given 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE'.
If you will not be home to accept delivery, please ensure the address is deemed a safe to be leaving items.
You must also ensure you keep an eye on your tracking detail we send, once delivered, please ensure you take possession of the items from outside to prevent potential theft / weather impacts.
If in any doubt - please provide a work / business address. No responsibility is taken for goods being left at the address you provide as you have deemed it safe to do so.
Please note: We will have your contact number on the consignment note for the driver, however, we can not guarantee a call from them as this is not a service they provide and you may need to collect from the depot if there is an issue with delivery (ie. access restriction) and authority to leave the item has not been possible.
Damage in transit must be noted on the day of delivery as we have a finite time (7 days) to make claims with the courier for this damage. (Photo evidence of the damage must be provided.)
Please note: we use Express Couriers to deliver our items. Hence we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Internation delivery is possible but must be organised by you. Please contact a freight on-forwarder in Australia and they can forward to you.
Items are posted from our Coolum Beach (QLD) depot. Delivery times vary depending on distance from this location.

We dispatch quickly however once it has left our warehouse it is in the control of the courier companies to deliver on time.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Returns must be in their original packaging and unused (you may unpack and place on your floor to see if it suits, but it must be unused). Ensure to sufficiently repack with tape to ensure no damage to the item occurs in the return transit.
Returns incur a fee equivalent to the freight charge we paid to our courier to get the item to you (Note: 'Free Postage' is defined by the freight charge being included in the listed price). Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer (we recommend Australia Post or your local courier).
Where the customer requires a full refund and is not exchanging for another rug, a 20% restocking fee on the total applies. A 10% repackage fee applies if you wish to exchange. These fees are to cover the repacking time, packaging material and also administration of the return process.
Note: Do not return without first speaking with us as our offices are at a different location to the storage facility we use to send your items.
